This site was once home to a locally listed gate lodge to the Coldeast Estate, which had sadly fallen into disrepair. Our aim was to recreate what it would have looked like in its heyday and restore it to its former glory. Through sensitive design we replicated the original footprint and features of the previous building. The plot had received detailed planning consent for the erection of a three bedroom replacement lodge, which has now sold STC, and we will be building it for our client as a Custom Build.
