Who do we want to speak to?
We are looking to speak to potential development partners, usually the principle freehold owners of property we are interested in acquiring. We will always seek to approach them direct through our own investigations and searches once we have established a potential opportunity for development.
Individual Private Property Owners
There are still numerous individual privately owned properties with potential for further development. We have identified, secured planning on and purchased many such development sites in the past 20 years, often providing tax free additional income for owners and enabling early mortgage repayment on sole residences. We are always looking for smaller development opportunities from a single dwelling upwards.
Larger Land Owners
We have the financial resources to consider any size site either undeveloped greenfield or previously used brownfield sites with any uses. We are looking for sites with or without planning permission and land with strategic potential for planning promotion in the longer term.
Land Agents
We recognise that agents and advisors may already be involved on sites and in this situation we are able to offer our assistance to provide the advice and expertise they seek. If required we will fully retain and recognise the introduction throughout the planning and acquisition process.
